Overview of Refund and Returns
Our refund and returns policy covers 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund and return, your item must not be a digital download. You can return a file that you purchased in paper form. I mail those files in a folder. They have to be clean and can’t have any dirty spots on them. When you mail them back, mail them in the same folder you received them in, and in the same condition that they were when you received them.
Refund and Returns That Are Not Allowed
Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Anything other than a printed-out chapter stapled together and neatly filed in a folder
To complete your refund and return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
In certain situations I can only grant partial refunds:

- Chapter with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds Back to Your Card
Once I receive your return I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then I will inspect it and decide if I approve or reject your refund. If I approve it I will process your refund and return. Immediately after I will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It takes some time for the bank to officially post your refund. If it seems like it’s taking too long you can contact your credit card company.
If that doesn’t help, next contact your bank. Sometimes it takes a little while for the bank to process your refund before it posts.

Sale items
The only kind of chapters that can be refunded are regular ones. Sale items are unable to be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bpava72@gmail.com and send your item to 68 Pease Ave, Dalton MA 01226
Gifts
You can’t get money back from q gift if somoen bought you a an e-book chapter as a present bu you don;t ddddt don’t like it. f the chapter you want to return was given to you as a gift and shipped straight to you, you can’t receive your money back from the gift. However, you can receive gift credit for how ever much it costs when you return it. Once you send back the gift I will mail you a gift certificateand the gift was shipped directly to you, ccccyou’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Refund and Returns
To refund and return your product, you should mail your product to: 68 Pease Ave Dalton MA 01226.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I can not pqy for the price of shipping the refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
