On Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, Becca Arielle Pava, age 35,  passed away peacefully at home due to complications from an infection. Her funeral was held on Thursday, October 10.  As readers of this blog know,  Becca struggled with physical and mental health issues for most of her life. Through her writing, she was determined to help others  find ways of managing their chronic illnesses. She also sought  to break down the stigma of sexual abuse and mental illness and to reveal the dysfunctionality of the United States’ mental health system for children and young adults. Creating  and managing this blog gave hope, purpose, and meaning to her life. She was extremely grateful to all her devoted followers. Thank you for enriching her life and honoring her memory by sharing her teachings and advice with others.
